There has been an unexpected error.

Your PMC PayGo® session may have timed-out (please read below for further details on session timeout). If you do not believe the error was caused by a session timeout, please call the phone number below to report the problem.

Session Timeout:
There is a built-in timeout period of 20 minutes for your session. This means that if you leave your browser open to PMC PayGo® and idle for 20 minutes (without clicking any links or buttons), then your session is terminated. If you were part of the way through entering payroll, these updates will be lost and need to be re-entered.

Please make sure that you enter your payroll and click the Done button, followed by a review of your invoice and a click on the Finish button to complete the payroll process, without leaving the session idle for 20 minutes.

If you do experience a timeout, please close your PMC PayGo® browser window, and then re-open your browser to PMC PayGo® using your usual method.

This does not mean you need to rush and get everything done in 20 minutes. Your session will remain active for as long as you are actively using it (a click on a link or button every 19 minutes since the last click).

The browser session timeout is a mechanism to keep resources available for other users. This way, if a user leaves the browser open to PMC PayGo® and goes out to lunch or goes home for the day, after 20 minutes the server frees up resources for other users of PMC PayGo®.
